She says
every sound has a meaning.
She - says

Heard so many promises
not knowing
where the drama is.
Not knowing
what Karma is.
Not having a friend
that REALLY listened.

She can
make noise with her thoughts
She – can

Beliefs boom on paper.
They savor her
behavior. You’re
labored in your breathing
as you keep reading
her words, thunder on
like herds of
unrehearsed ideas.

She shows
her thoughts as music movement
She – shows

The notes that she wrote
describe hope, show
the sound of nouns
as they swerve and
become verbs running
away from me, we, and she.
Yelling that time
is a descending state of mind

She says
every sound has a meaning.
